The heat capacity and the heat resistance ensure an ideal heat management and a pleasant temperature in the head. It does not overheat as fast as normal stone heads and does not need as much heat impact as natural clay. Through the glaze the head does not absorb molasses and does not slobber after a certain time. The taste is defined and unadulterated by the material.
